These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tijori mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Tijori, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, signing in, or using Tijori, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Tijori provides personal and business document management, secure storage, reminders, subscriptions, and related features. We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent where required by applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans, billing cycles, storage limits, and OCR quotas are described in the app at the time of purchase. Fees are charged according to your selected plan and payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with app store or payment provider rules.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant Tijori a limited licence to store, process, back up, and display your content solely to operate the service, including OCR and reminder features you enable. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store your content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Tijori, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting unauthorised access, interfering with the platform, or using the service in a way that harms other users or Tijori. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
The Tijori name, logo, software, and design are owned by Tijori or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or technology except as needed to use the service.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Tijori is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Tijori in the twelve months before the claim arose, or zero for free accounts.
9. Termination
You may stop using Tijori at any time and may request account deletion through the app or support channels. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
